We had an unexpected late arrival but were welcomed warmly, and the breakfast the next day was huge and scrumptious, keeping us full all day. The leisure facilities included a cozy lounge and a spot for some laid-back entertainment. The only hiccup was the slow Wi-Fi that made it tricky to get some work done, but overall, a lovely stay! 😊

Fantastic stay with amazing staff!
What a stay! The room was super cozy and way better than some 5-star places I've been to. The food? Absolutely top-notch—especially loved the restaurant's vibe. The staff was always smiling and super helpful. Just wish the parking was a bit easier, but honestly, it didn’t ruin the fun. You’ve got to check this place out!

Just a smart choice for a couple of nights in Chester-le-Street with high value for money. The huge breakfast was quite a treat, especially the bacon! Make sure to check the breakfast options first to avoid gluten issues.

Fantastic location and great service
We had a wonderful stay just minutes away from the cricket ground. The room was spacious and the bathroom was delightful, providing everything we needed. The dinner we had was top-notch and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The only downside was the noise from the road, but it didn't detract much from our overall experience.

It was just a great match for a holiday in Chester-le-Street with good value considering price it charged. The younger waitress was very nice and helpful during our meal. Tip, plan your meals early to avoid the kitchen closing time.

Fantastic meals and a welcoming stay
I had a lovely two-night stay, where the well-kept room offered a comfortable bed and a pristine ensuite bathroom. The highlight was definitely the dining experience, with meals that felt like five-star quality for such a reasonable price, and the breakfast was a great start to the day. The staff were incredibly polite, making my stay even more enjoyable. the shower setup in the bathroom could use some simplification for ease of use.
